Advent Service Project

There is much to do in this busy season as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Lord in just a few weeks. At St. Cyprian, one way we prepare is by serving those less fortunate. Throughout Advent, we will be collecting gloves, hats and scarves for the homeless and needy in our local community. Any new gloves, hats, and scarf donations may be brought to school this week and next and placed in the basket in the school lobby. All items will be donated to Housing Forward, formerly known as West Suburban PADS. Thank you in advance for your generosity this Advent.

Christmas Concert

Wednesday, December 16th, is our annual Christmas Concert at 7pm in church. The concert will feature each grade level (PK-8) singing all of your favorite holiday songs, as well as solo performances. Students should arrive at 6:30 and should report to their classrooms, where teachers will be taking attendance and bringing them to church at 6:45.

Students should wear nice clothes; please, no jeans or sneakers. Christmas colors and holiday attire are encouraged.

All students are expected to participate in the performance, but if there are any extenuating circumstances that will prevent your child(ren) from being present, please inform your child’s homeroom teacher as soon as possible.
